The Golden Word

From the golden word, we can see the changes in lifestyle, work efficiency, system and even the country economy. By apply this golden word on yourself; it can change your lifestyle for a better lifestyle. By applying this golden word on your work environment, it will increase your productivity. By applying this golden word to the country, it will improve the country economy. What is the golden word? We are about to find out.

It was a great working experience in Germany for a month. Before heading to Germany, I read some articles about the working environment in Germany and also heard some comment from friends around me regarding the German. I was a little nervous before I begin my work there. They are very efficient, they are very straight forward, and they are very punctual.

After a month of working in Germany, I have learned the golden word from the German “No problem”. Throughout their working time, they are providing solution to their work and I had never heard them giving excuse for not doing things. Whatever problems rise up, they are providing solution to each other to work things out instead of pointing fingers and politicking on who to blame. They know their task and they provide solution to their problem. They put efficiency as their priority in work. Problems that come to them usually are product quality and the efficiency. Whenever there is a problem the affect the working efficiency, they will provide a solution to improve their productivity. I was a guest to their company and I have to do my changing at the front of the building under guest changing room, but their production is located at the other end of the building. And it takes use to take a long walk to go to our work place and it is wasting time. Immediately, they relocate my changing room to their employee changing room by applying a special pass for me to access and it just located at the top floor of my work place. Problem? They provide solution and it is no problem.

They can provide solution to a problem so quickly, and make a big problem become no problem. When there is no more problem, then everything will go smoothly. In life, there are tons of problems for us to solve and decision to make every day. If every little problem we see and we can solve it fast, there are less big problems for us to solve and we will have less stressful personal life each and every day. I observe that we always drag on small problems and the small problems become big problems and it cause us to be too stressful. If every department in a company is making their own department problem become no problem, then there will not have inter-department politicking. If the government of Malaysia is making every problem that most of our Rakyat is facing become no problem, our country economy will be improved with marvelous record.
