Tan Chong Hee, made official today!

12-10-2011, I specially on leave to bring my son for check up under Dr Khaw at Adventist Hospital. It was a happy journey to the hospital, but it does not show a good ending. It was the jaundice hit my son. The initial discharge jaundice blood test count was 176 and today it hits 246 which is above the safety limit at 200. However my Chong Hee has increase 300g in weight from the day he was born.

We have no choice but have to admit him into the hospital to apply the UV light and under nursing care for 24 hours. At the same time, my wife was learning to perform breast feeding under an experience beautiful nurse Pak Lim. She is a professional train breastfeeding expert nurse to help up my wife for breastfeeding.




While waiting for the baby to return for breast feeding, the mother is in the hurry to feed herself. Behind her was the mobile slow cooker mother boiling porridge.

It was never an easy job for us to stay outside the room while our son is screaming and crying in the wad under the UV light care. I felt pity when hearing him crying loudly. I miss him so much...

Today went to the JPN department to register the birth certificate for my son. I was surprisingly that the JPN work with their smile and efficiently. Less than 40 minutes, the birth cert has already done and we were informed to collect the MYKID card a month later. What impress me the most is, the department is also operate during weekends. Good job JPN!
