My son learn to read

Chong Hee learns to read when he was 10 month-old. I was away for Malaysia Red Crescent Annual Dinner shooting. After supporting Laureen Quah in her Ratu Kabaya contest, I pass Chong Hee to my wife and I went for the shoot. I had miss to witness him reading the book. Here is the photo where my wife freeze the moment.

Chong Hee in Japanese Restaurant again

My son Chong Hee will always follow his dad to experience Japanese Food. I am a Japanese food lover and also a Japan lover. This time we went to Precit 10 for Japanese dinner together with fellow aunties. Auntie Soo Ying came back from Hong Kong, and we had a great gathering session with her sharing all her experience in Hong Kong. She said that she accidentally bang the trolley of Simon Yam’s wife on one of the shopping mall. This can never happen in Malaysia :D

Chong Hee is a food lover. He almost eats anything that we feed him. He enjoys salmon fried rice, udon, vegetable fried rice and he loves fish the most. Mouth by mouth and in the end he finished everything. Fill up his stomach with all the delicious Japanese food that we order.

Singapore Ah Tioh (Tioh Kong) and Ah Eeh (Eeh Poh) Visit

There was a time my auntie came all the way from Singapore to Penang for a visit. It has been quite long time that we did not meet up as I have not been to Singapore for years (other than flight transit). Auntie was on her leg operation and not able to travel so frequent. I was about 6 months that they have not met. And now, auntie leg has already recover and able to walk around in Penang.

I took this opportunity to bring Chong Hee to meet Ah Tioh and Ah Eeh. At the same time I just bring her to Peranakan Penang as she is an antique lover. She was enjoying touring around in the Peranakan together with Chong Hee. Here are some photos of Chong Hee that I would like to share.

Some time in July... Baby Portrait.

When Chong Hee about 9 months old, my wife was away for business in KL left Chong Hee and I at home. That time was still with the old baby sitter where my son does not really sleep at night. Full time taking care of baby requires all your attention. Cannot stick on my computer, cannot online, no facebook, no blogspot, not Photoshop! Talk to him, play with him until I am tired but he was still very energetic until midnight. The only thing I can do is put him into the baby court, let him play around with his toys. I only can accompany him until all my energy drain off and fall into sleep; despite he played until tire and he fall sleep. While waiting for time pass, the best thing to do is to capture some images of him with my camera on 50mm f1.4 lens. Set my ISO high and capture his charming moment, smiling moment and the funny of him. I bet you will never get tire shooting your own baby. This is the result that I got.
