I am back!!! To continue blogging!

Had been disappear for some time and doing slow in my blog update. Took quite a number of my son photos, but did not really have my time to upload and write my blog. Now my life is back.... and more photos to come.

In previous had been stick with the only 1 baby sitter to take care of Chong Hee and he is not able to sleep at night. Thus every time when he sleeps at 11pm, I have to go to bed despite leave my work behind. Whenever I have little time such as my lunch hour, I have to speed up my editing work in order to catch up on time. Hopefully this new baby sitter could did a good job and allow me to have my life, my career and my time back to normal.... I will be grateful build again.

Enjoying moment with Chong Hee

It was enjoying moment to play with Chong Hee... He keep laughing and laughing with you start making little surprise to him. He spend most of his day time with us during the weekend and we have lots of fun... He is too cute for us, bet you will miss him after you spend a day with him.But it always a disaster when comes to weekdays. We suspect that our baby sitter let my son to sleep too much in the day and it will be time disaster for both of us during the night. After pick him up from the baby sitter, my baby stays awake from 7.30 pm up to 5.00 am in the morning. This can be clearly shown that my baby has been over slept during the day at baby sitter house.

He has grown up, and teeth can be seen. 4 at the top and 2 a the bottom, as a result he bite my finger when I was trying to scratch his teeth to reduce his teeth itchy. It was painful, but it was sweet. This is the proof and evidence from his action.



As he is growing up, soon we have to buy a car seat for him with safety seat belt. It is very important to have that. As I am sending him or picking him up from the baby sitter alone. He has to learn to seat on the car seat whenever we go travel. To make it become habit as he grows up. This car seat cost me RM 300.... glad that Chong Hee loves it.... his action shows!!!

Durian Kaki

With this picture, I am confirmed that Chong Hee is a Durian Kaki. He loves durian very much. Whenever we eat durian, he will give his signal to shows that he wants to taste it. We are very worry of his body temperature will gone up. When I just put the durian near to his mouth, 1 big "harp" he bites away with his big mouth. And see him enjoying the Durian.... haha.... I soon to have my Durian kaki to join me.

Time flies

Has been sometime that I did not upload much photos of my baby.... spend some time to build my career in the middle... thus less family outing over a period of time. But I am still spending some time to chat with my baby everyday. Send my baby to day care, pick him up from day care everyday. Spend time playing and communicate with him during off work. So worry that he will not pick up his Hainanese dialect if I lost contact with him for days.

Now he has already got 6 teeth and learn to bite things.... No more a good feel when he put my finger into his mouth.... Its painful!!! Ouch! With his teeth, he now can eat almost anything that is soft. Bean curt, durian, rice, koay teow, bread, etc etc. He almost can say having table food with us. He looks greedy too. Every time when we have our meal, we have to start thinking on behalf of him. He will demand for his portion whenever we are having our meals.

Active, he is a very active and tough baby. Even the doctor says that he should be suffering from pain, but you can't see from his expression... Thus sometimes we don't even know what is happening to him. After having several time diarrhea, we bring Chong Hee to see the doctor. We can see that his bottom part is in red... but he still can be as playful as his normal active life. Doctor continue to check his stomach and says that he should be suffering from stomach ache, but his expression really could not be seen. Chong Hee never cry because of stomach ache, he only cried when we clean up for him after diarrhea. After check up from Dr Khaw in Adventise Hospital, the doctor confirmed that he was suffering food poisoning and not Rota Virus. He will give us heart attack if it was a Rota Virus.

Nowadays, Chong Hee has already learned to sit and craw. Now he continue to learn how to stand by holding the divider on the baby court. Looks like he is learning fast.... Today when I send him to baby sitter before come to work, he can already follow my foot step by waiving bye bye to me. Soon he will be starting to learn via following our foot step. I think by Oct, when Chong Hee is turning 1 yr old, he should be able to speak, walk and run.

Chong Hee is learning.

My son started to learn how to swim on the carpet before he goes into the swimming pool. Sometimes you will feel he requires your attention at all time and when you are with him for the whole day, a lot of work can't be done unless you have another person accompany you and take turns taking care of Chong Hee. His breaststroke + freestyle kicking make him swim no wear on the mattress. Sometimes very impatient when taking care of him, even when you go for a short call, he will be yelling at you. But when you view back the video, especially when he is not around, you will really miss him a lot. Chong Hee created a lot of trouble to this family but at the same time he also created a lot of funny moment, sweet moment and also memorable moment to us. He is one of the best personal to make us release all our stress at work but sometimes he also created a lot of stress for us at home. Enjoy the time being with him.... But just wish that he can sleep better during night time.



After 7 months and coming to 8 months being with him, find that he is a very active baby. Sleep less play hard like his daddy. He can keep on crawling, kicking, playing, etc for 14 hours without rest in the middle. If its in the day, we have to abandon all of our work but to take care of him, but if he is at night.... we will be having night mare!!! Through out the video, you can see that how active he is. Keep turn here and there, take this, take that... and we keep snacking things away from him to avoid him from putting things into the mouth. But at the same time, we still have to take care of his safety which is to prevent him from falling down from the bed. When we carrying him on our arm, he kept revolving, turning here and there, push against us sometimes scratch our face. 1 funny habit he has is, when we carrying him, his focus is away from us. Looking at the people around him but not the one who carrying him.



End, when are tired taking care of him, we just leave him on the baby court. But that does not end of the story.... we still need to keep an eye on him. Sometimes his leg can protrude our from the baby court, then he will be start crying. Although we have sponge divider but it still happen sometimes. Sometimes he will be playing by himself but sometimes he still make noise yelling at us and request us to carry him. When we sick, we take MC from work. When we get stress from work, we can apply leave for vacation. When we get piss off our boss, we can tender our resignation letter and look for other job opportunity. But when your son making noise you have no excuse to run away from him, unless you leave him crying alone, but can you?



I really love reviewing the video of Chong Hee.... natural happy and cuteeeeeee baby. Eeeehhh..... miss him so much :D. This video is one of the video that I love the most. After done some training on the mattress, he begin to go into his "private pool" for his practical swimming lesson. Some baby very scare of water... but Chong Hee is in special case. He loves swimming a lot, like me, I love swimming as well. Had been to several competition but unfortunately was too late to join the training team. If my son love to swim in future, I will make sure that he does not step into the mistake that his dad made decades ago. Every time bath with him, all our clothes will get wet. Because he is swimming "butterfly" in his "private pool". Splash the water everywhere and he is enjoying the water splashing. Even we shower at his face directly, he is laughing happily. Miss him so much.... this weekend wanna bath for him... enjoy water splashing together with him.

Chong Hee was at Bukit Bendera (Penang Hill) on March 2012

We got the news that the Owl Museum has its opening ceremony on the weekend and we went all the way to Bukit Bendera to get our free entrance for the museum. Reach the down hill of Bukit Bendera and found that the place has been renovated and looks very very beautiful. In fact, will be another location for photography. Although the Federal Government did pour out some money for the multistory car park but has yet to operate. After we park our car at the ready car park behind the cable car station, we walk through a beautiful walk way to the cable car station. The environment had been changed a lot and I am very happy with the effort from the state government.











Inside the cable car station, there is a little museum to keep us inform on the history of the Penang cable car. It was the trade mark of Penang. The cable car station is upgrade with air conditioning on the waiting bay that allow my son to cool down himself. Inside the cable car, it was clean but air conditioning might not sufficient to support the capacity in the car and it was a little warm inside. People in Penang are very caring, they saw my wife was carrying Chong Hee and they gave a seat to my wife. Thanks to the caring Penangite, I am proud to be one of the Penangites.




With the fully import cable car, a technology from Switzerland it reaches the cable car station within 5 minutes. We visited the Owl Museum as it was the last day of free entrance. A little disappointed after the visiting of the museum. Feel that people has been misuse the word museum. We expected to have tones of info of owl on our visit but it was more like an art gallery collection of owl. There is no info about owl at all. There is no single life owl in the museum. But we appreciate the art work and the collection of the owl souvenir in the gallery. We had our family photo in the museum.






















Took a rest after the museum visiting before we proceed to the monkey cup garden. Pailim show us her family magic photo, we also want to show our magic photo with my son.
















There are transport services to bring us for 2km journey to the monkey cup garden but it was way too expensive, RM 30 per person. We decided to take a walk to the destination. Carrying Chong Hee to walk for 2km, sounds not easy, but we enjoy the view as we walk along the way. Chong Hee was very tire along the trip he slept while I was carrying him. The scenery there was very very nice. I plan to bring him there again after he has grown up a little. The garden has over few hundred types of monkey cup. Too bad, we had too shallow knowledge about monkey cup.

March in Malacca.

We were there for a lovely couple ROM. I was not the official photographer but just bring my camera along and have some snap. The groom was my school mate when I was in my secondary in Malacca, which the beautiful bride was my wife's room mate when she was in the UPM study. And the bride Khai Rhou was my bride's mate when we were married. First time for Chong Hee to meet them. After the ROM, we were tour around some area in the Historical city for photo shooting. Never forget to get my son in the picture. He is lovely and very very cute. Just love to photograph and keep every second of his life with us. When he is crying, we feel very ignoring, but when the absent of him, we miss him so much.
